For small items DX Express will provide you with a txt message with a proposed delivery day. You can change this to arrive up to a few days later. On the morning of the delivery day they will txt you a one hour eta on your delivery.
Larger items like fire pits and furniture will be shipped by DX 2Man. They operate a named day delivery service. This puts you in full control of what day they will deliver on. If you need the order later than 7 days please let us know so we can hold it at our warehouse ahead of shipping. On your arranged day they will provide you with a 2 hour delivery slot on when they expect to be with you.
